Alfa Smart is a tier-based subscription inside Alfa Bank — levels, privileges and an entire visual mood built into the product. I joined the project from day one and owned art direction and emotional design, shaping the look & feel of the core flows and making sure the experience stayed both product-logical and visually alive.
In a large product ecosystem, UI is often constrained by existing components and patterns.My role was to push the experience further without breaking scalability: I reviewed solutions end-to-end, supported the team through design critiques, validated screen logic, and defended the visual concept across stakeholders — product, business and marketing.
Alongside product design, I supervised the communication design direction: we created a scalable “radar” symbol for Alfa Smart levels — one form, multiple palettes, consistent recognition across all entry points.

I also art-directed other product initiatives across Alfa Bank — with a strong focus on segment experiences (Family, Youth and Senior banking).
My work covered both delivery and early concept exploration: gamification ideas, future UI vision and redesign directions for key product screens, in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the bank.
